USHERING & DECORATING WEEKEND

Of a truth, God's presence exposes us to divine encounters, knowledge and helps us to see God just the way He is; and we can testify that today was a true example of being exposed to God's presence as we joined the Ushering & Decorating Unit of RCF - Bida in encountering God as a Pillar of Fire and Cloud.

Today's service was a continuation of yesterday's moments of encounter, and was  full of intense moments such as spirit-filled worship, soul lifting praise, supplication prayers, drama, hymns, songs and the Word!



The Guest Minister APOSTLE PHILIP CEPHAS shared God's wisdom with us today on partnership with God. He emphasized on the limitations of man and the necessity to seek God.


He  refered to the mystery of intimacy as one of intercourse with the spiritual realm. He also advised the congregation to live a life of consecration stating that without this, we can't make progress in Christianity and will not be able to make impact in our generation.

It was an awesome moment today in God's presence. We believed that we are impacted and we know that we all had something to take home! It was a spirit-filled service full of impactions, intensed worship, praises, and Intercessory prayers. The President of the Redeemed Christian Fellowship Bida, Bro. Shiyigo Emmanuel Zhiya enlightened the congregation on the choices to be made by youths. Today's text was taken from Ecclesiastes 12:1-2; He(The President) admonished youths to remember God in their youthful days, rather than enjoying the pleasure of youthful exorbitance, explaining that the decisions we make yesterday (in the past), and today (presently) will determine our tomorrow(furture). He furtherly adviced that youths should have better knowledge about who they are.
