It was an awesome moment in God's presence, for Christ have strengthen us and given us Power and Dominion over the flesh. We now have an understanding of the mystery of the Spirit and the flesh, as God used His setvant, the President of the Redeemed Christian Fellowship Bida Chapter, Bro Shiyigo Emmanuel who discussed on a topic: DISARMING THE FLESH (Roman 7:21-24).

He said that "Disarming the flesh means rendering the flesh impotent" and that every spiritual height gained must be at the loss of the flesh. Flesh doesn't promote any spiritual things but demote the activities of the spirit. He also let the church to know that there are three dimension of the flesh which are: it is Deceptive, it allows temporal pleasure and finally it destroy.

He concluded, that we should bring our flesh to total submission to the spirit that is, not allowing the flesh to overrule the spirit.
